Our service removes carbon built-up from the air intake, valves, injectors, plugs, cylinders, pistons, exhaust gas recirculation system (EGR), diesel particulate filter (DPF), catalytic converter (Cat), lambda sensors (O2-sensor), turbo exhaust housing, turbine wheel and vanes inside a turbo and a vehicle’s exhaust system. Benefits of the removal of carbon deposits from an engine are improved throttle response, restored power, performance, smooth idling, eliminate engine noise and/or misfire caused by carbon deposits and enhance fuel economy. These results are instant. A complete engine decarbonisation with the Carbon Flush cleaning machine takes approximately 30 to 40 minutes and removes normal carbon deposits that has built-up in the engine over time/km travelled between service intervals. If you have neglected the inside of your engine or have not, at regular intervals, Carbon Flush your engine, a more intensive decarbonisation process is needed by means of Walnut-blasting.
